Scalewrights receives the fees for those products. Purchasing any Scalewrights product is not required to submit a pitch, does not affect whether or how CLMB Ventures invests, and is not a pitch to CLMB Ventures. CLMB's own diligence review is separate and never costs founders anything. Scalewrights does not take equity, success fees, or a percentage of any raise.
Portfolio and conflicts
CLMB Ventures and its principal hold interests in, and may serve as directors, observers, officers, or operators of, the companies named on this site and others not named. CLMB Ventures may evaluate or invest in companies that compete with one another. Brand names belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify companies in which CLMB Ventures or its principal holds an interest. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of CLMB Ventures.
Submissions and confidentiality
We review many companies and may already be evaluating ideas similar to yours. Unless a signed non-disclosure agreement is in place, we cannot accept an obligation of confidentiality for unsolicited materials, though we treat every submission with care and share it only with people involved in evaluating it. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share.
